Accountancy services
We can offer support with all aspects of accounting whether for a sole trader, a partnership or a company. This includes the preparation of accounts both for management purposes and for submission to regulatory authorities such as the Revenue and Companies House. We have a wide client base and can help with the complexities of many trades.
Bookkeeping services
If you do not want to get involved in bookkeeping we can offer a full bookkeeping service. Alternatively, we can assist you in setting up an appropriate bookkeeping system best suited to your needs. And we can support with data collation and preparation of monthly reports as required.
Taxation services
We can help you reduce your various tax liabilities by considering your complete situation and providing you with proactive, easy to understand advice. We provide accurate and timely preparation and submission of self assessment returns online to Revenue & Customs, and also check and advise on payments required.
VAT
We can help with the complexities of the VAT system, reducing the administrative burdens on your business and helping you avoid the risks of penalties for errors or the late submission of returns. We can help you keep your VAT affairs in order, ensuring that you are collecting the right amounts from each transaction and ensure you make payments and file returns correctly and on time. We can also advise on and help with:
- the pluses and minuses of voluntary registration;
- flat rate special VAT schemes;
- compulsory registration and when you need to do it;
- de-registration; and
- partial exemption.
Payroll
We provide services to cover all aspects of payroll, computerised or manual, depending on the client's requirements. This can cover all aspects of PAYE compliance, including preparation of payslips, PAYE and NIC calculations, monthly and year end returns as well as taking care of all the day-to-day complexity in managing the payroll.
MYOB
We have experience in using most types of bookkeeping software and can work with any of our clients' systems. In our bureau service we currently use MYOB which we have found to be particularly user friendly and practical.
Company formation and administration
We can assist with company formation and with all the associated documentation and Companies House filings involved in running a company.
